How does the anxiety test work?

This is a quick way to check if you have experienced anxiety attacks or anxiety symptoms, and at what level have you confronted with anxiety so far.

The anxiety test comprises of four sections with anxiety questions, organized in section 1 and 3 and statements aiming signs in sections 2 and 4. When the test is competed, the result displayed is made of a percentage showing how many of the symptoms are relevant for the tested case and a short disorder level description.

What is anxiety?

We all experience anxiety related feelings and this usually comes as a normal response to triggers that worry us in certain situations. But there is a line between what is normal and what is pathological. For individuals suffering of this disorder, fear and worry become impairment in exerting day to day activities. From simple behavioral changes or emotions everyone experience as a result to fear situations, these individuals exhibit exaggerated reactions of this kind accompanies by physical symptoms as well. The spectrum of anxiety disorders is quite broad and comprises of several types of anxious conditions as explained below.

Types of anxiety disorder
